land, water, air
house, ship, bird
finer, freer, further
no limits…

…to the source…

…leave it behind too

Kurt Roth-Fauchère

A path to the sources of your own being, guided as far as words can carry. In intentionless, deep, harmonious tranquility, you then see further for yourself, leaving everything you have heard behind.

In the religious-spiritual realm, there are countless paths, methods, and exercises. This introduction gives you a rough overview of the path here, the nature and practice of the exercises.

elements

This sequence of elements will help you develop the basis for your own meditation, your access to being beyond words, concepts, and ideas.

1 — attentive
Slowly guiding my attention through my body, releasing all tension, and perceiving more and more deeply and finely. Feeling what is inside me right now. — October 8, 2025
2 — seeing me
Behind the incessant stream of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, recognizing my essence ever more deeply and subtly. — November 2, 2025
3 — in passing
In deep concentration, but with all senses wide open, perceive the inner world and the outer world without clinging, without interpreting, without losing concentration. — November 8, 2025
4 — connect
Simultaneously focused on my upper center (head) and my lower center (belly-basin) and developing simultaneous awareness. Connecting mind and body, One. — December 8, 2025
5 — nothing anymore
Through everything ordinary, through my most sacred things… into the beyond. (The last step is difficult, and completely different; it cannot be touched by words or concepts.) — January 31, 2026

exercises

Once you have seen the elements, these exercises encourage you to develop aspects of your practice more deeply. They are short so that you can move directly into your own silent meditation afterwards.

breath
Guided by the breath into the silence of meditation. — November 19, 2025
letting go
Letting go and entering into ever deeper tranquility through the layers of appearances, temptations, and distractions. — November 1, 2025
dance of body and mind
With perceived movements and thoughts in a slow dance, I let myself go. — October 26, 2025
the murmur of my world
I perceive the murmurs of my world, inquire about their sources, and get to know my being ever more deeply. — October 12, 2025
